Straub Design, in collaboration with Symnetics, an innovation and strategy consulting firm, was responsible for designing the space with a futuristic aesthetic inspired by a space command center. The design featured a touchscreen table, video wall, interactive robot, multimedia stations, and a giant head with mapped projections that displayed visitors' faces. The experience was enhanced by exclusive video content emphasizing human value.
As part of the new strategic plan for transforming Votorantim Group's business model, the Center of Excellence (COE) was established. Through the COE, the group expands its operations beyond internal activities, evolving into a set of specialized business units for the market.
