The second transformation movement of Votorantim, through the 18.18 program, led the company to explore the realm of 'Emerging Technologies,' which encompasses current and future standards of production, consumption, and interaction. Symnetics, a consulting firm specializing in innovation and strategy, was responsible for the event's strategy, while Straub Design was appointed as the creative partner to shape and deliver the content for a two-day event known as the 'Technology Fair'.
The fair aimed to challenge the company's leaders to investigate, experiment, incubate, create, and implement innovative changes in collaboration with customers and the general public.
