There is no future
without knowing
and learning from
the past
Eleven thousand years ago, the beginning of agriculture marked the first of the great leaps in human evolution. Agriculture in Brazil has played a similar role in the development of our country, especially the history shaped in the southern region by immigrants and natives of the pampas. Today, we are one of the world's leading food producers. The MAE (Museum of Agricultural Evolution), a project by Straub Design for the John Deere Institute, will be an experience of wonder, emotion, information, and pride for all who visit.

The memorial honors those who contributed to agricultural development in the region and inspires future generations to continue investing in the potential of agriculture.

All of Straub Design's expertise in storytelling and building strong connections with its audience was utilized in the MAE (Museum of Agricultural Evolution) to make it a place where visitors can learn about the beginnings of Brazilian agriculture, understand its economic and social importance, and reflect on the sector's promising future.
